COMMON QUESTIONS.

  • Not necessarily. Programmes are tailored to whatever equipment you have — home gym, commercial gym, or even bodyweight only. We'll build around your situation.

  • Most clients notice a difference within 2–4 weeks. Significant body composition changes typically show by weeks 8–12. Results depend on consistency, but the programme is built to maximise your progress rate.

  • I am located in Glasgow between city centre and Kirkintilloch at Club Gym.

  • You can reach me anytime via our contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • No, but I would say that we need to work together for at least 8 weeks to see big results. Then its just a 30 day notice period.

So who am I and why should you want to listen to me?

I’m Simon, I have been a personal trainer for more than 20 years and I run 3 Gyms.

With over 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. My passion is helping people unlock their potential, whether that’s losing fat, building muscle, or preparing for fitness events.

Over the years, I’ve supported clients in challenges like weight loss, building muscle, photo shoots, Hyrox, running races, and other endurance and strength events. Every journey is different, and I pride myself on tailoring my coaching to suit each person’s goals, lifestyle, and abilities.

For me, fitness isn’t just about sets and reps — it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with your body. My mission is simple: to guide, motivate, and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

I love this industry more now than ever. The feeling of helping people reach their true potential is what its all about for me.
